Where can the breath take you?

In this course we will explore different breathing practice each class, from relaxing and restorative techniques to more energizing intense breathwork methods that first heat the body up to then calm the body down and shift states of consciousness.

Each class is divided into three blocks. The first block we will cover functional breathing and exercises to optimise breathing in your daily life. The second block we will master pranayama. The third block consist of one longer breathwork exercise that takes you into a deep journey to end the class with a short meditation.

The aim after taking this course is that you will get breathing tools of how to improve your everyday breathing, how to improve and shift your mental and physical state when needed and many potential health-benefits.

If you are a yoga practitioner, an athlete, a runner, a dancer or if you are dealing with anxiety, panic disorder, or asthma this course will benefit you whatever you are dealing with! This course is suitable for everyone but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, if you are epileptic, or if you have any heart-disease.

Sandra is a yogateacher and a breathworker. She has met and been taught from breathwork-masters like Wim Hof and James Nestor and is certified Wim Hof method instructor and Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathing instructor.
